When I first saw a fight, I had a feeling of excitement and confusion. I was excited to see two people go head to head to see who comes out on top. I was confused because I never knew what they were fighting for. Then, after the fight, one person was champion, then I thought, "They were fighting for a belt?" This belt is a valuable treasure that was a trophy that marks the fighter victorious. But to get this belt, you have had to endure painful training and went through multiple opponents to reach the man/woman who obtains the belt. I studied Martial Arts for 12 years and fell in love with the craft of Krav Maga, an Israeli Martial Art that is derived from a hybrid of techniques that involves Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, Boxing, and more. As I practiced the movements and committed to the training I gained more self control of my body and mind. Any real life situation that requires physical or non physical contact, I'm prepared for. With that being said, situations are going to come to you and without a doubt, you must have self control and a strategic mindset to find the solution. Either you quickly capitalize on the shots that are open, or you give up in battle and become.... A LOSER. Be Strategic, Be Effective. Now tell me, what do you do for self control in a situation you've encountered?
