THE ROUTINE

Every morning I do 300 pushups, 300 squats, then quickly transition to pullups. Working out almost everyday is drilled in my mind because since I was 3, my father made me do pushups. I started doing them on my own to get used to them, not knowing what comes with it. It is these actions that I do in order to become the beast I am today. When I was younger, I was always taunted for my militant walk and my lean physique. The kids would always ask, "Why you walk like that?" "Your chest keep stickin' out, put that shi down." "You small, you ain't strong." Now that I look at it, it was funny; however, at the time, it would frustrate me because I didn't feel strong enough, so I proceeded to workout and compete in contact sports from football to MMA. Nowadays, I'm preparing myself to battle an army, not just one person. Especially after being jumped in the past on multiple occasions, I stay ready at all times. That's how serious I am with my routine, my mind tell me I can do things that I used to not tell myself. This works for you as well, but you must overcome the battle of procrastinating, thinking your going to workout tomorrow, but you don't. Put your words to action and act on it.
