When I was in middle school, I had to deal with some problems in and out of campus. Mentally, I didn't know how to express. I couldn't tell anyone really, I already knew the answer, "It's gonna be Ok." At the end of the day, the only person that could help me was God and myself. I took it upon myself to write poetry of how I felt and eventually made some songs. I felt more better afterwards. I didn't start releasing tracks until the start of high school, releasing multiple tracks on Soundcloud. After evolving my flow and producing, I graduated high school, got a job, invested in my homemade studio, then started releasing on multiple streaming platforms. I been doing it ever since, it has helped me mentally and emotionally. It's only a waste of time if you're not fully invested in it. I started the journey not even thinking of the financial gain, just something I love and still love to do. But now I must continue to incorporate my business mindset with my music and other creativities I have. Is this a waste of time? No, I make sure that some benefit comes out of my music with my entrepreneurial mindset for the short term and long term. I brand myself with my songs, music videos, short films, and promotional videos to engage with you. It's only a waste of time if you don't set goals, have nothing planned for yourself, or set a proper investment. I make music because it's my outlet, my brand, and it's apart of who I am. Now, What about you?
